Victor Ondieki is a Co-Founding Partner and Managing Partner at Ondieki & Matoke Co. Advocates. He is an experienced advocate with extensive expertise spanning the NGO sector, litigation, and corporate management.

Mr. Ondieki leads the Firm’s Conveyancing & Corporate Section, bringing deep experience in commercial transactions, banking and finance, data protection and privacy, artificial intelligence, commercial due diligence and regulatory compliance, digital business, real estate and conveyancing, and debt restructuring and collection.

He has previously served at Kituo cha Sheria, the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice as Senior State Counsel, and HIAS Kenya & Regional Office. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kenya.
